• Update binaries (starting with Firmware v1.15)

There is an additional "section" located right after the encrypted Linux Kernel within the UPDATE.BIN file, identifying itself with a starting string called "Designer" following a version number "8.6.2.10".

This is the actual release used for the FPGA package (Actel ProAsic3). This particular section within the firmware update file is 0x48000 bytes in size and differs between firmware updates.

Basically, the string and version number refer to Actel's "Libero v8.6.2.10" IDE - updated to Service Pack 2.
